How much is delivery going to cost?
UK Standard Delivery:
Free
Orders can be upgraded to 1st class or next day delivery at checkout. Please check prices when checking out as they vary from product to product.
How soon will my order be sent out?
1. Dispatch Days: We work our magic and dispatch orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If you place your order by 12pm on those days, it will be whisked away to you on the same day.
2. Standard UK Delivery: For our lovely UK customers, standard orders typically take around 3 days to arrive after being dispatched. Please note that this is an estimate, not a guarantee, but we do our best to make it snappy!
3. Next Day Delivery: Need it in a hurry? No worries! Order by 12pm on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays (excluding bank holidays), and your goodies will arrive on Tuesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays/Mondays. We've got your back when time is of the essence.
4. International Adventures: International orders are like sending a little piece of us across the world. They should technically arrive in 5-7 working days, but please be patient as they can take up to 28 days due to customs and international shipping quirks.
Please note that this is only an estimate and we cannot take any responsibility if your item does not arrive within the stated times; so it is advisable that you order in plenty of time.
I haven’t received my order yet, where is it?
I’m really sorry to hear this. As stated above, delivery times are only estimated unless Special Delivery is opted for. It is always worth checking with your neighbours as well as your local sorting office to see if it’s there at all. Unfortunately postmen don’t always leave a red card to say they have tried to deliver. Please also check that the correct delivery address was supplied. If you have done all of this and it has been 10 working days from the day you ordered, then please get in touch!
Do you offer international delivery?
We are working to offer international delivery here but currently only offer it to the USA. More destinations are available via our Etsy Shop.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes! You can upgrade your shipping options during checkout. Be sure to select Next Day Delivery if you need your order sharpish - this will then get sent out for delivery the following working day. Please see our dispatch days above to work out when your order will arrive.
Can I track my order?
Not all products are sent using trackable services. Most are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class, which gives delivery confirmation. Please refer to your dispatch notification email to check if your order includes tracking as the tracking number and link will be in there.
