1. Returns within 28 Days: You have a generous 28 days to return your item if it's not quite what you expected.
2. Condition Matters: To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. We want them to be as pristine as when you received them!
3. Return Postage: Please note that the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend getting proof of postage, just in case.
4. Personal Touch: Personalised and made-to-order items are extra special, but they're non-returnable since they're crafted just for you.

We want to get your treasures into your hands as swiftly as possible. Here's what you need to know about our delivery times:
1. Dispatch Days: We work our magic and dispatch orders on Mondays and Thursdays. If you place your order by 12pm on those days, it will be whisked away to you on the same day.
2. Standard UK Delivery: For our lovely UK customers, standard orders typically take around 3 days to arrive after being dispatched. Please note that this is an estimate, not a guarantee, but we do our best to make it snappy!
3. Next Day Delivery: Need it in a hurry? No worries! Order by 12pm on Mondays or Thursdays (excluding bank holidays), and your goodies will arrive on Tuesdays or Fridays. We've got your back when time is of the essence.
4. International Adventures: International orders are like sending a little piece of us across the world. They should technically arrive in 5-7 working days, but please be patient as they can take up to 28 days due to customs and international shipping quirks.

For these items, please note that our designs are generally fixed for individual purchases. However, if you're interested in larger quantities, we can discuss potential adaptations.
