DELIVERY / SHIPPING / POSTAGE

How much is delivery going to cost?

UK Delivery:

Delivery costs between 90p and £3 depending on what you order. If your order is being sent as a Royal Mail letter, it will be 90p. If it's a large letter (2+ cards and A4 prints), it will be £1.50 and parcels (A3 prints and wall planners) are £3 for delivery.

UK orders for wedding stationery will be delivered free of charge.

International Delivery:

Greetings cards will be £3.60 and anything else will be £14 for delivery.

International orders for wedding stationery will be quoted separately for delivery costs.

How soon will my order be sent out?

We aim to package up and send your order out within two working days of receiving it.

When will my order arrive?

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class, which aims to deliver to the UK within 2 working days.

Please note that this is only an estimate and we cannot take any responsibility if your item does not arrive within the stated times; so it is advisable that you order in plenty of time.

I haven’t received my order yet, where is it?

I’m really sorry to hear this. As stated above, delivery times are only estimated unless Special Delivery is opted for. It is always worth checking with your neighbours as well as your local sorting office to see if it’s there at all. Unfortunately postmen don’t always leave a red card to say they have tried to deliver. Please also check that the correct delivery address was supplied. If you have done all of this and it has been 14 days from the day you ordered, then please get in touch!

Do you offer international delivery?

We do indeed! All cards are sent using Royal Mail's international standard delivery. All prints, wall planners and desk pads are shipped using Royal Mail's Tracked OR Tracked & Signed service (dependent on destination) within 1 working day of receipt of payment. Estimated delivery is 14-18 working days but you also need to allow extra for any customs delays, so please be aware that it can take up to 28 days.

If you are ordering wedding stationery outside of the UK, please get in touch for a delivery quote.

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes! You can upgrade your shipping options during checkout. Be sure to select Next Day Delivery if you need your order sharpish - this will then get sent out for delivery the following working day. Please order by 2pm to receive your order the next working day. Next day delivery is for UK Mainland only.

Please not that this does not apply to framed orders nor wedding stationery orders.

Can I track my order?

All standard UK orders and also international card orders are not trackable. If you have selected Special Delivery or your order is for an international print, desk pad or wall planner, then I will be able to provide a tracking number for you.

 

RETURNS

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please do let us know as soon as possible. Once your order has been posted, it cannot be cancelled, but may be returned for a refund.

Can I return my order and get a refund?

Yes of course! If you're not totally happy with your order or have changed your mind, please do let us know as soon as possible. All items excluding personalised items are refundable if returned unopened/in their original state within 14 working days of receiving them (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that the buyer will be responsible for return postage. You will be credited with a refund once I have received and checked the condition. Please note that original postage charge will not be refunded.

Can I exchange my order?

If you’d like to exchange your order, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it. You will be required to pay the cost of re-delivery unless your order arrived damaged, you were sent the wrong order or your order was lost in the post.

I’ve just noticed that my delivery address is incorrect, can you resend my order please?

We unfortunately cannot be held responsible for the provision of an incorrect delivery address. In this instance, you can either reorder your items and we shall then refund you if/when the original order has been returned to sender (postage will not be refunded though); or you can wait until we have received your order back from the incorrect address and then just pay for re-delivery. 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

I really love this card/print. Could you please change it to say ‘xyz’ or change the colours for me?

Thank you so much! Whilst we’d love to offer all products as fully customisable, unfortunately we just do not currently have the facility to do so. All of our printing is outsourced, so the set up costs to print one off products would be too high to justify.

Can you please change the colours or layout of this personalised product? 

Only the fields which offer personalisation can be altered. If you want anything more changing, you’re welcome to ask, but it will incur a design fee. 

 

WEDDING STATIONERY

How do I order wedding invitations?

If you are order from our wedding stationery collection, simply choose the combination of wedding stationery that best suits your needs (from invitations only to invitations, rsvp cards, information cards, belly bands and envelope liners) from the drop down lists, and checkout.

Once your order has gone through, you will be sent forms to fill out, which will allows us to customise your stationery. When we have received the form/s back, we will then send you a digital proof within 5 working days for you to check before your wedding invitations get sent to print.

How long will it take to get my wedding stationery?

This really depends on how efficient you are at sending the forms back and responding once you have been sent a digital proof! You'll be sent a digital proof within 5 working days of us receiving your completed form/s back. Then, once you have approved the digital proof and we have in writing (email is fine) that you're happy for your stationery to be sent to print, you should have your stationery within 2-3 weeks.

I've just spotted a mistake on our invitations, what can you do?

We ask that when filling out the form for your wedding invites, that you do so accurately and double check all spelling. You then have a final opportunity to check for any mistakes once a digital proof is sent to you. So, please please please make sure you check everything with a fine tooth comb, because we cannot change anything once you have approved the artwork and it has been sent to print.

Can I order save the dates and on the day wedding stationery in the same style as the wedding invitations I'm going to order from you?

Of course! Please do get in touch with us if you'd like save the dates and/or on the day wedding stationery in the same style as the wedding invites on our site so that we can put a quote together for you.

Can I make changes to the wedding invitation collections you currently offer?

If there are certain things you'd like to change about the collections on offer, just contact us and we will do our best to accommodate any changes. Wedding stationery is really only limited by imagination (and budget of course!), so if you want to add some luxury such as gilt edges, foiling, letter-pressing, colour changes, wording changes or anything else you can think of - just contact us and we can put a quote together for you.

Do you offer bespoke wedding stationery?

We totally understand how personal a wedding is and what a special touch it is to have wedding stationery designed specifically for your big day; so please don't hesitate to get in touch about bespoke orders!

How much does delivery cost for wedding stationery?

If you are ordering invitations from the collections we have on offer on this website, UK delivery is included in the price. If we are creating a bespoke order for you, or you are ordering from outside the UK, delivery will be quoted on an individual basis.
