Well hello there! Who knew we had a blog?!
To kickstart this fancy new blog space, I thought I'd let you all know that we (Skyler the Miniature Schnauzer and I) are looking for someone to join our team here at I am Nat HQ. Exciting huh?
The position that needs to be filled is a part-time studio assistant based at the office in Fulford, York.
The job shall include, but is not limited to:
- Printing, packing and posting orders
- Handwriting our greetings cards, which are sent direct to their recipients
- Packaging products
- Unpacking deliveries
- Cleaning the office
- Listing new products across our different selling platforms
- Updating listings to keep them fresh
- Book keeping
- Helping at craft fairs and trade shows
- Telling Skyler she's cute
- Making a good brew ;)
Knowledge of SEO, social media and marketing is desirable (as is a pretty instagram feed), but these are not deal breakers.
The position is part time and is fairly flexible, although afternoons are preferable. Additional hours may be required in busy periods such as seasonal sales and Christmas.
The ideal candidate with be enthusiastic, passionate and be very competent on a computer.
Training will be provided by both myself and Laura (who is my current studio elf and Etsy guru). Successful applicants will be asked in for an interview, and those successful in the interview will be asked in for a working interview.
